Blake
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, offering a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy. My work is grounded in mindfulness and trauma-informed care, with an interest in somatic and body-based practices that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, reconnecting with their strengths, and building coping tools that support growth and forward momentum.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. My clinical experience includes working in school-based and community settings, providing both individual therapy and group support. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, grief, and identity and relational challenges.
