I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change. My approach is rooted in existential therapy and informed by somatic, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I work especially well with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and questions of meaning and purpose. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, notice the patterns that keep showing up, and move forward in a way that feels clear, grounded, and aligned.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, and a Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law. My mix of backgrounds comes through in the way I work. I’m comfortable sitting with complexity, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you untangle what feels painful, uncertain, or hard to name. Outside of work, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, cooking, spending time near the ocean, and watching stand-up comedy.
