Luise

I believe our early relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate challenges in our lives. Using an attachment-based and family systems lens, I support clients in exploring these influences and gaining new perspectives on themselves and their experiences.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we identify patterns that may no longer be serving them while exploring new ways to move forward. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-understanding and acceptance, improve their relationships, and create lives that feel aligned with their values and goals.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara.
