Adam Snir
I work primarily with men who feel alone, angry, or ashamed. Many men in our society experience deep isolation and dissatisfaction with their lives, believing that’s just how it’s “supposed” to be. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Our work together focuses on breaking through those patterns so you can feel more alive, connected, and free.
I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to offer that connection in our work. My approach integrates psychodynamic and systemic frameworks, always grounded in honesty and authenticity. I also consider the larger social and cultural forces that shape our daily experiences, helping therapy lead to deeper and more lasting change.
Even though the world can feel out of balance, you don’t have to stay caught in that chaos. If you’re feeling lost, hopeless, angry, or stuck, I’d be honored to work with you. Together, we can create a space free of judgment and shame — a space where healing and growth can take root, and you can step into the next version of yourself.
