Life can feel overwhelming. With countless distractions and demands, it is easy to lose connection with ourselves and the people around us. Healing can begin by reconnecting with those parts of ourselves and understanding where that disconnect began.

My work focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence while creating meaningful change in their relationships with themselves and others. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, including adolescents healing from sexual trauma. I incorporate somatic and experiential approaches into my work and welcome conversations around spirituality and faith when they are meaningful to the client. I support clients in navigating shame, self-criticism, and insecurity with compassion and curiosity.
