Zoe

My practice focuses on working collaboratively and compassionately with clients as they grapple with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and self-doubt. The path towards healing and alignment is relational, and in our work together, we can move towards reconnecting with a self that has felt lost. I have experience supporting adults, children, and adolescents going through mental health crises and trauma. Whether you are going through a crisis, or are wanting to gain clarity, make sense of your story, or find attunement in your life, I want to support your needs with curiosity, integrity, and honesty.

My background includes a B.A in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and steady. I use evidence-based techniques and practices to provide you with the support and tools you need to feel like you are able to become the most aligned version of yourself. If you want to learn more about how I can support you, feel free to reach out with any questions.
