Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, supportive care without putting your life on hold.
Personalized one-on-one sessions to focus on you.
In addition to group work, you’ll have dedicated weekly sessions with a licensed therapist who understands your unique needs. These private appointments are designed to go deeper—exploring your personal history, patterns, and goals in a confidential setting. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, individual therapy offers a space to be seen, heard, and guided at your own pace.
individual Therapy
Learn grounding practices that bring calm and clarity.
Mindfulness and wellness are woven throughout our program to help you reconnect with yourself and find peace in the present moment. From guided meditation and breathwork to gentle movement and self-awareness exercises, you’ll discover how to reduce stress, increase focus, and regulate your nervous system. These practices support emotional balance and help you carry a sense of calm into your daily life—even when things feel chaotic.
Mindfulness & Wellness
Connect, share, and grow with others navigating similar struggles. In our small, supportive group sessions, you'll meet others who are facing similar challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Led by experienced therapists, these sessions provide a safe and inclusive space to express yourself, learn from peers, and discover that you’re not alone in what you’re going through. Group therapy fosters a sense of belonging, reduces isolation, and promotes healing through shared understanding and collective support.
Group Therapy
Build practical tools to manage emotions and thrive in everyday life.
We believe healing includes equipping you with skills that last beyond the therapy room. Our IOP includes targeted training in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, healthy communication, and coping strategies drawn from evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. These tools empower you to better manage triggers, build stronger relationships, and approach challenges with resilience.
