My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into patterns, and begin to rebuild trust in themselves and others. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths, learn new ways of coping, and develop a deeper understanding of who they are and what they need to feel fulfilled. I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara and bring over five years of experience working in community mental health. Through this work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical experience has deepened my understanding of how trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction can impact a person’s sense of self, relationships, and ability to thrive—and it has strengthened my belief that healing is always possible with the right support.
